My passion is to educate and train kids, youth, and adults, on how their to optimize their own movement to prevent injuries and maximize their movement potential, and to create a love for an active lifestyle by making exercise an enjoyable and sustainable part of the day. I have coached college cross-country running for 6 years, middle-school cross-country for 1 year, and have volunteered as a fitness coach for 3 years.
