First of all, I am an animal lover and enjoy being around them. I also enjoy assisting Seniors in their homes. I did Home Care for 20 years, including taking care of their pets. When my clients (or others) had been hospitalized or out of town, I would take care of their pets, water plants and bring in any mail/papers, turn lights on/off, open/close drapes/blinds. Animals I have taken care of include dog, cats, birds, fish, turtles, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits and even chickens/ducks. Services: letting out, feed/water, cleaning up after, playing and just being with them loving them up. For Senior care I am doing more companionship these days. That would include sitting with them, playing cards, games or other activities if they like too, assisting with meds, light meals, taking out, getting in to bed, or getting up. I can also help with exercises and memory/cognitive activities. Recently, I worked with a wonderful woman with dementia and stage 4 breast cancer.
