I have taken care of numerous seniors in my lifetime. I have been a companion to many. We have beautiful conversations and quiet moments. I am very perspective and go with the flow of my senior. I am extremely patient and gentle with my actions and words; showing the utmost of respect is critical because this is the time in life that people feel a loss of control and power. I first take time to know the characteristics of the person I'm working with so I can fulfill their needs and interests accordingly. I am good at preparing simple and healthy meals. Cleanness is of utmost importance. They should still have dignity and present themselves in the best possible way. I am always open to growing and learning on the job . I work well has a team when working with other family members.
