Hello, I'm Paola, and 36 years old. I'm Brazilian, living in Santa Clara. And I'm looking for a full time job (30/35 hours weekly) because my contract with my current family is due soon! I have experience with all the ages!! In the moment I've been with 2 families. My first job with the lovely family is care of a 5 years old girl, getting her ready and dropping her off in the school. I've been with them around 1 year! In the other amazing family, my job is caring of a little 7 months girl, playing, feeding and helping with everything during the day. Paola has been with my family for over 8 months. She started caring for my daughter when she was 2 months old and when I was having a hard time with her naps, feeding, handling health issues, and managing a new job. Paola was very caring, reliable with communication, and helped us navigate feeding challenges with my daughter. She keeps my daughter engaged with toys, by reading books, and other developmental activities. Paola is cheerful in her engagements and gentle in her communication with my daughter, and that effect is definitely visible in my daughter's social-skill development. Paola is very good with following instructions, observant of a child's health, and keeps us informed through the day of my daughter's activities. I would recommend Paola to any family unreservedly.
