I'd describe my personality as quite, honest and respectful I like working with kids because I want to help children develop their full potential. I like working with kids because they are the change for the future to promote the peace everything starts on the childhood I'm looking for a job that my son starts his school and now I have time to start a new job I started working with kids when I complete my career in Colombia 10 years ago. In my spare time, I like to do activities with my son. One thing you should know about me is I practice positive discipline and conscious discipline to disruptive behavior My skills include patience, provide new habilites, focus to find the solution for the problems and not just in the problem
