I hired Paola as a full time nanny for my 4 month old baby. She exceeded my expectations and was an exceptional employee. And trust me, I am not easy to please! I like things a very specific way and order. Always on time, VERY caring, follows instructions very well and you will not need to repeat yourself. Her communication is great and will ask you questions as she learns. Since she has Montessori training, she knows the developmental milestones and worked hard to help my son achieve them. My son still smiles when she comes to visit and always remembers her face! Paola will always be part of our family! I highly recommend her!
