Paola is the BEST EVER! She is unfailingly punctual, dependable, cheerful and helpful. She brings a calming and positive energy to the entire family. We have worked with her for more than 6 months and we already considering her family!She is a terrific communicator, confirming interview, schedules, questions and upcoming visits. She is always taking an extra mile in everything she does. Since her availability is not clear now, she is helping us thru the whole hiring process for the new babysitter and her orientation. She taught us a lot and she is always giving useful advice and recommendations. She is wonderful for so many reasons, I can't even count her advantages. She can handle the worst situation quickly and she will be always on your side. We want to keep her forever for ourselves! She is an absolute gem.
