About Paola

As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I find great joy in making a positive impact on the lives of young ones. Patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable, I am skilled at communicating with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I use verbal communication, regular text updates, or phone calls, depending on the parent's preference. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care. With two years of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to 11-year-olds. In addition to English, I am also fluent in Spanish. I am happy to help with light housekeeping and even supervise swimming, as I am a skilled swimmer.
