My last experience was a full-time job with a family for more than 1 year and then part-time for 3 months with the same family plus a new sweet baby girl. I became part of this family since the baby boy had 10 months and now is 3 years old, which filled me with so much love that I will always remember our time together. I was doing short and fun activities to help him develop his abilities to discover the world also enjoy reading books before nap. Paola cared for our son as if he were her own. Our son (and our family) fell in love with Paola. Her kindness and patience won us over! She created developmentally appropriate activities each day that kept my son engaged and interested. It has been almost a year since she stopped working with us and our son still asks for her daily! She’s amazing and any family would be lucky to have her care for their children.
