Pam is an absolute gem! She is so intentional with kids on all levels. She is playful, educational, provides wonderful emotional support/encouragement to kids and genuinely takes an interest in each child. From day one Pam was extremely organized and continued to be very thorough in communication with us. We loved that Pam shared photos during the days with kids as well as a very detailed daily summary. Pam is safe, honest, kindhearted and transparent. She is truly a wonderful human and your family would be so blessed to hire her.
