Newly retired teacher ready to transition teaching experience... I'd describe my personality as welcoming, inciteful and detailed. I like tutoring because it allows me to assist students and clients to understand content in direct/concentrated circumstances. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have schedule flexibility while helping people learn. I started tutoring as a high school student mentor and volunteer. In my spare time, I like to learn new subject content, refresh past subject knowledge, cook, and garden. One thing you should know about me is I value frequent and immediate communication. My skills include technology acumen, various subject teaching skills, and effective modification of regular and special education needs.
