About Pamela

Experienced Youth and Family Support Specialist with over 15 years working in the mental health field. Skilled in Behavior Management, Training, Public Speaking, Working with Adolescents, Nannying, Collaborative Care Planning, Crisis Management, Documentation. I specialized in leading therapeutic crafts, activities, and games. I was hired on as a full-time nanny to three neurodivergent children, the mother of whom then hired me to work with her at the homeschool cooperative program she directed. In this position, I wore many hats while addressing the social and emotional needs of a spectrum of children on a daily basis. I'm also trained in first aid, CPR and familiarized with diabetes management, as well as food allergies. I have experience as a nanny for ages ranging from 2 to 16 and I have done therapeutic mentoring for kids ages 3-21. I would describe myself as a kind person with a devotion to my teachings from my Master's degree in Social Work.
