Hi, I'm Pam. I'm a 58-year-old loving, caring, reliable, adaptable woman. I love kids. I have the ability to make people feel comfortable in almost every situation. I can also do pick ups, drop offs, errands, etc. I'd love the opportunity to discuss your needs further. I have recently moved to St. Pete. Thank you!
I am happy to recommend Pam, who started working with us in 2023. At the time, my son was just three months old and I had just gone back to work. Since then, she has been such an important part of our lives and has helped us through all kinds of transitions as first-time parents. We started out with Pam coming three days a week, then moved to four, and then all week when my son was in school part time. From the start, she has been extremely dependable and trustworthy. She has cared for our son from infancy to toddlerhood and has been such a steady, supportive presence through each stage. She’s great with my son, she is engaging, nurturing, and talkative, which is wonderful since she provides a lot of language and interaction for him. She narrates what he’s doing, reads to him, plays with him, takes him outside on walks and excursions, and even watches TV alongside him, reacting and engaging with the content so he’s not passively watching. She’s also incredibly organized and thoughtful, always informing us of her travel plans way ahead of time. She’s always ready for the day and handles daily routines such as meals, naps, and pick-ups with calm and experience. As a mom herself, she brings a lot of awareness and maturity to situations and is very observant. She’s also always up front and honest with us if something happens during the day, whether as minor as skipping a nap as major as a fall. One of the things I appreciate most is how open and easy she is to talk to. When we first hired her, I was still figuring a lot of things out as a new parent and was honest about that. She worked with us and adjusted as we figured out our rhythm. There were plenty of days I ran late at work, forgot to prep lunch, or had something unexpected come up, and she was flexible and helped wherever she could. Over time she even pitched in with laundry and vacuuming when I was falling behind. My son absolutely loves her. He lights up when he sees her and always asks for her when she is away. Pam is gentle, easygoing, dependable, and always prepared. She genuinely cares about the kids she works with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for someone warm, reliable, and capable.
