I reorganize closets, cabinets, pantries in order to pack and prepare for storage or relocation. I bring the properties to the state of "rent ready/owner occupied ready". I bring everything that is needed, removal of items is an additional charge. I am licensed and insured.

Pamela contacted me regarding a job and scheduled an appointment to come to my house. Literally ELEVEN minutes before she cancels, stating "it's too far". She has had my address for days! What a waste of my time. This is unacceptable, unreliable behavior.
