Pamela (aka Jen) is such a kind and nurturing caregiver! I loved the bond her and my son had! Jen watched him from when he was ~4.5 - 9 months. I always trusted he was in good hands - safe and loved. She did a really nice job sticking to his routine and was flexible as it changed, helping us all learn. She also helped me keep things clean around the house which was much appreciated. In a short amount of time, she became like family. Jen doesn't drive so relied on public transportation which led to many days she was a few minutes late. However, she's a great communicator and I never had any issue getting ahold of her or trusting she wouldn't show up. We love and miss Jen!
