Pam became the home-care provider for our 97yo father several months ago, at a time when we were transitioning from respite-care needs to more intensive medical oversight. Pam managed both roles excellently, and was with us right to the end of dad’s journey. Along the way, Pam not-only provided us with the peace-of-mind needed to give us true respite care, she taught us how we could best provide the care that dad needed as his needs increased. Toward the end, Pam was an excellent advocate for dad in navigating the hospice system, and partner with them in providing care. Pam was always extremely flexible and accommodating, and joked that her job description was to spoil dad as much as possible. Along the way, she made sure that dad was always given the very highest level of physical care and emotional support. I would recommend Pam without reservation. You will not find a better partner in caring for your loved one.
