I'm a positive, energetic and caring mother of one, and a grandmother to one grandson. I've spent most of my career in the corporate arena; however, due to my love of children, I have volunteered and cared for children, from infants to teenagers, for over 40 + years. With the birth of my grandson eight and a half years ago, I decided to focus, solely, on caring for children. I was busy helping care for my grandson, while also caring for other children, until 4 years ago, when he moved to Texas. Since that time, I have continued to do what I love most: care for kids full-time. I'm confident, energetic, fun, engaging, instructional, playful, directive, creative, sensitive to children's needs, loving, nurturing, experienced with special needs children, and flexible in executing care plans based on specific needs of parents and children.

Pam has been a Godsend to us since the moment she started with us and is now part of our extended family! She has a way with kids that you can tell she truly loves what she does and treats them as if they were her own. My daughter lights up every time she sees her walk in the door and always has fun things to do with her. She is always teaching her things, singing with them, and engaging the whole time she is with them. She also sends pictures throughout the day if their fun adventures! You never have to ask her to do anything because she is ALWAYS ten steps ahead of you! From the moment she walks into your home she takes everything off your hands and leaves your house cleaner and tidier than how you left it. Our life has become more orderly because of her and we absolutely adore her! Please do yourself a favor and hire her! You won't be disappointed.
