Hi. My name is Pam and I have over 30 years of professional experience working with children ages newborn-12 years old. I have been a professional nanny for over 9 years. I am responsible for transporting the children to activities, school and appointments. I also plan daily activities ranging from trips to the library, museums & parks or just to the grocery store. I believe every experience can be a learning experience. I also do meal prep, light housekeeping and I love animals so pets are no problem. I love to read and sing and do art projects but also feel it is important to encourage large & small motor skills, cognitive development and social skills. It's easier to learn when your having fun at the same time. I feel that every person is put on this earth by God to fulfill a purpose and I have been blessed to be able to care for children. We hired Pam when our first child was four months old. We interviewed a few people before we met Pam, but when she walked in and scooped him up (after confirming it was okay) and he fell asleep in her arms, it was clear that she was so comfortable with children that she would be our first choice. Pam has been working with kids of various ages for decades and she was put on this planet to develop the next generation. She is always patient and loving with our kids, and she's always finding new ways to develop them and enrich their lives - she always plans activities for when they have unstructured time & finds creative ways to play with them & teach them new things. Pam is also a model employee - I don't think she has ever been late, she never uses screens to entertain the kids, and she is always open to feedback. We will be very sad not to see Pam every day anymore, but our kids will be in school in the fall and we won't need as much support. Pam's next family will be very lucky!
