Poor work ethic and no grit. Paloma supported me for one week consistently, then needed time off for 2 weeks and upon returning to work for one day she was unable to connect with my son. Establishing this type of dynamic takes time and is only further delayed when weekly repetition is compromised. After multiple encouraging discussions with her directly and open dialogue/coordination retarding how things can be improved, she committed to try again and was a no show.
