I would not recommend this childcare provider if you’re looking for reliability and professionalism. Despite claiming 12 years of experience and providing 6 shadowing/training shifts, she appeared overwhelmed caring for two typical needs infants (11 and 12 months old) and had multiple absences and late arrivals in just four weeks. She was also unwilling to meet clearly discussed schedule expectations, including occasional weekends. Most concerning, she quit with zero notice just hours before a scheduled shift after repeatedly assuring us everything was going well. Overall, the lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through created unnecessary stress for our family.
