Padyn was wonderful with our kiddos. She is sweet and provides structure and clear guidance for children. She was punctual and attentive. My critique was that right after we hired her, she shortly thereafter accepted another position. I just wish she would have communicated she was still looking/interviewing/open to other jobs. While we wish her the best, it was definitely disappointing. But any family would be lucky to have her!
