My name is Owasra. I have various experiences with working with children of all ages through internships at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the Dream Program. At CHOP, I would create educational activities for age groups of 0-18 years old. This includes reading and creating fun projects for kids to uplift their spirits from the mental and physical conditions that they face. The Dream Program, located in North Philadelphia is an internship I assist with during after school hours. The kids in this program age from 4-18 years old and come from un derserved communities. I mentor kids in the program to be a better version of themselves by giving them opportunities that they otherwise won't dream of.
