About Ousmane

Fostering children's growth and development is my true passion, and I find immense joy in making a positive impact on young lives. With two years of experience caring for up to four children, I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment. I enjoy leading outdoor sports, playing board games, and facilitating educational activities. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, crafts, and travel. I prioritize your preferred communication method for daily updates, whether through text, phone calls, or verbal chats at pickup. I am dedicated to creating a fun, structured, and nurturing space for children ages 4 to 11. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and care into your home to help your family thrive.
