Ms. O. cared for my Mom in our home for almost 6 years and was there until the day she passed away. My Mom had Alzheimer’s and her condition worsened over the years. With every change in my mom’s condition Ms. O. adjusted her care and approach, always ensuring my mom was safe, well nourished, and comfortable. It was as if we had our own primary care doctor in our house. Ms. Yvonne was so loving, attentive, and professional. She treated my mom like she was her own. She attended doctor appointments with my mom. She bought her groceries and kept my mom’s area clean & tidy. She’d talk and laugh with my mom while dancing around the room which made my mom smile. She was always on time and in almost 6 years she only missed work 2 days when she was ill. She had a key to our home and was like family. Ms. O. is a truly amazing human being. I am forever grateful to her for the great joy she brought to our home by taking care of my Mom.
