My calling to care for others stems from a deep passion for supporting adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. With a doctorate degree in physical therapy and two years of experience as a full-time home health PT working with geriatrics, I bring a compassionate and patient-centered approach to my work. I am skilled in providing mobility assistance, preparing meals, running errands, and light housekeeping. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
