About Ucheoma

Hi! My name is Uche and I am interested in taking care of kids ages 0-3. I currently work at Methodist hospital as a patient care assistant. I have extensive experience in caring for children ages 0-5 as I worked at a daycare for a little over 2 years taking care of 2-year-olds. Some responsibilities I had include but are not limited to making/following lesson plans that help engage the children, encouraging good hygiene by teaching about the importance of hand washing and teeth brushing, communication with parents about how the child's day ways and some positive feedback on the accomplishments of the child for that day, and the the basic changing and playing with them. I am CPR/First aid training certified and have had a lot of training through the daycare that I work at. I am a Ball State University grad with a biology/pre medical preparation degree while also having a minor in chemistry. My hours are very open to changes, they are not set hours.
