I'd describe my personality as straight forward, purposeful, creative and personable. I like caring for seniors because they have a lot of knowledge that allows for interesting conversations. They provide the known in the unknowns I'm looking for a job that allows me to stay close to home while going to school. I started caring for seniors when I was making a movie pre Covid and my schedule allowed for a job that helped me provide for myself and use my medical experience from the Navy. In my spare time, I like to watch sports, spend time with my family. School work is in the forefront at the moment but when time allows I like working around the house on projects such as car and learning new things on you tube.

Oniffe helped care for my badly disabled husband for a total of 5 years --first during the day in our home and then during the day at a nursing home for almost 2 more years. He is a very intelligent, knowledgeable, articulate, responsible, caring and competent individual, providing companionship, help with exercise, physical therapy, meal preparation, dressing and toileting. Oniffe was a true companion to to my former professor spouse, and was a delight to work with. He was a proactive advocate for Mike in the nursing home setting. At the time of my husband's final illness and passing he called for Oniffe almost as much as he did for me. By that time Oniffe had become part of our family. Highly recommended!
