Olivia is great with both my 5 year old son and baby. My son said she is one of his favorite babysitters. I like how she incorporates both fun and learning into their time together. I also like how she gets him outside and moving. She figures out things that would be helpful and does them before we even ask, for example helping with the dog and making sure toys are cleaned up. She is very active with the kids and it's clear that she has studied childhood development from the activities she does with them, especially with my son. She also does some quiet reading and art time. She is highly recommended by everyone in our house.
