Hello, Triad families! If you or someone you love is expecting a baby, I truly believe that having the right support in place before your little one arrives is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. I'm the owner of The Winston-Salem Postpartum Doula, and I provide in-home postpartum support for families in Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Kernersville, and surrounding Triad communities. Those first days and weeks with a newborn are beautiful, but they can also be overwhelming. You don't have to do it all on your own. As your postpartum doula, I'm there to support your whole family. Whether it's helping with your baby, preparing a nourishing meal, folding a load of laundry, listening without judgment, or simply making sure you have time to shower, rest, and recover, my goal is to help you feel supported, cared for, and confident during your fourth trimester.
