About Olivia

My passion for working with children began at the age of seven, sparked by the arrival of my first nephew. My journey into paid babysitting began at the age of 13, expanding from family members, friends, and their acquaintances. I also dedicated six summers to volunteering at a Vacation Bible School, where I led groups of children of all ages. This experience taught me the importance of taking the time to get to know each child, as not all children function the same way or have the same needs. This helped me gain the ability to have a purposeful relationship with each child and how to tailor my actions to their individual needs. What sets me apart is my desire to also support parents. I aim to create a seamless transition from work to home. I understand the importance of relieving parents of additional burdens, aiming to alleviate their responsibilities so they can return home and unwind with ease. I am committed to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional care.
