About Olivia

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, understanding, and kind. I like working with kids because I love the way they see the world and all the different ideas they come up with. I love to encourage their creativity and support their dreams. I'm looking for a job that provides stable hours and a fun work environment. I want to work with the parents to ensure that their child gets the most out of our time together. I thrive in an environment where clear expectations are set and followed. I started working with kids when I was 12-13 by being a mother's helper for family friends. From there I began babysitting for neighborhood kids and for the last 4 years I have been a nanny over the summer. In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks with my dog, and spend quality time with my family. My skills include getting on the child's level to communicate with them, setting clear expectations, and listening to the child and what they want to do.
