In addition to being punctual and dependable, Olivia was very patient and understanding with my grandpuppy. Chilli is partially blind and is also losing her hearing but that hasn't stopped her from being fiesty, energetic and obstinate! She's only 5.5 lbs but a real handful. Olivia was great.
