About Olivia

I am currently a Middle School Science, Reading, and Language Teacher for the School District of Janesville on summer break! I previously taught sixth grade for two years. My sixth grade experience was in an elementary school, so I taught all subjects. I have a current DPI teaching license. I am passionate about preventing the summer slide or helping students learn some new skills during the summer so that they can start their year with confidence. While I haven't done any official tutoring, I have spent the last three years working with students before and after school as natural part of being a teacher. I currently work at daycare and run a School-Age Summer program for kids ages 6-12. I love working with students of all ages, and during my pre-service teaching I did a lot of work with lower elementary students.
