I started in healthcare as a CNA in 2018 at a long term care facility. I worked there for two years but got lucky as I got a home care job in 2020 right before Covid happened. I immediately fell in love with home care and the ability to give the proper one on one care that a person deserves. I stayed as a home health aide until I graduated with my LPN in spring of 2021. I started at a doctors office with my LPN but only worked there for less then a year because I missed providing that close care and companionship for my patients. I worked for a home care agency for two years and was very sad to part ways but felt it was time to start a new journey in senior care.
