About Olivia

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, optimistic, and patient. I started working with kids at age 15 and haven't stopped since. I've worked in all kinds of environments from summer camps to after school programs to just classic babysitting! In my spare time, I like to watch films, enjoy the outdoors, bake, try new coffee spots, and of course, work with kids. One thing you should know about me is I have had over 150 hours training in leadership and creativity, specifically for kids. I know how to diffuse conflict and handle anything that comes my way. I am also a kid at heart, and I love getting to know kids because they are so awesome! My skills include, as previously mentioned, conflict resolution, but also behavior regulation, CPR/ First aid, and patience.
