Hi my name is Olivia and I have happily been a teacher for three years. Of those three years I have taught two years of high school level science in Hawaii in the following subjects: - 9th grade Physical Science - 10th, 11th, 12th grade Honors and Regular Chemistry - 10th, 11th, 12th grade Marine Science I am currently a Virginia licensed teacher working in a middle school in 8th grade Physical Science. I have a B. S. in Environmental Science and Energy and I am currently earning my Masters in Education for Curriculum and Instruction in STEM. I have a passion for STEM and love to support students in Science so they not only do well but enjoy what they are learning. I have, as well, tutor experience for lower elementary in all subjects (Math, Reading, Writing).

I have hired Olivia in the past to work with my two children on various needs in school. Olivia was able to make my kids feel comfortable and give them confidence in their capabilities. She identified the area of concerns, adapted her teaching style, and had open and honest communication with us about our children's progress. I would 10/10 recommend her for tutoring services.
