About Olivia

Olivia cared for my mother for a year and a half as the primary caregiver and team manager in a home setting. My mother passed at age 93 and the fact that she remained with us for so long and remained as healthy as possible is because of the professional, skilled, and compassionate care Olivia provided. Olivia more than performed the tasks outlined for her when she first started. She assumed increasing responsibilities that included medication supervision and ordering; discussing care options with physicians and family members; managing a 24-hour care schedule; taking my mother to medical appointments, and troubleshooting behavioral issues common to elderly care. She is physically capable and extraordinarily knowledgeable about patient care. We turned to Olivia in our most difficult times and she never let us down. My mother had high expectations and a lot of care giving experience--as a former nurse, she held her staff to task. Olivia understood these expectations and made sure she and the staff she supervised met them. On a personal note, Olivia's generous and gregarious personality was an enormous support to me, particularly when times for my mom were tough as her medical issues progressed.
