About Olga

I am a caring and dependable mother of two with professional experience working with children with autism as a Behavior Technician. I have experience supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs, along with many years of hands-on childcare experience from infancy through school age. I am CPR and First Aid trained and comfortable assisting with daily routines, meals, play, learning activities, toileting, transitions, and age-appropriate activities. I am patient, safety-focused, and respectful of each family's routines and preferences. My professional experience includes structured routines, positive reinforcement, behavior tracking, and objective documentation. I am trained to observe children's behavior, progress, activities, and important events and can provide parents with clear, detailed updates about their child's day. I am a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and speak English and Russian.
