Olga was very reliable and punctual and took great care of our son and kept him safe which is number one for me. I wish she would've played with him more but that could be fixed with giving proper instructions or a to do/ activity list for the day. We did notice she was on her phone most of the day and some of those times were sending me videos and messages of him playing which kept me very happy, but the other times I'm not sure who she was talking to but as long as she still managed to feed our boy and keep him safe I didn't bring it up although it did bother me. The only thing that I didn't like was that she has found another job and it interfered with the days she was taking care of my son without even giving me barely a weeks notice. The following week I had to scramble to see who would watch our boy because instead of the two days she normally watches him she could only do one day without consistency. I wish she would've told me she was looking elsewhere to prepare.
