About Olga

Hello and welcome! As a resident of Columbia, Maryland for over 25 years, I have worked as a self-employed nanny for the majority of my life. Additional careers such as working as a care manager at Sunrise Assisted Living for over 5 years and as a self-employed housekeeper for small businesses and residential homes have been fulfilling and rewarding experiences. However taking care of children's needs are my primary focus for working with a family to ensure a balanced routine schedule, safety, support, and overall wellness to both parents and children. I understand from both perspectives as a mother myself and work that it can feel overwhelming at times to find flexibility between the two which is why I am compassionate to lighten your day-to-day of caring and nurturing children through etiquette, creativity, and play while parents can build and address values that improve the house-hold and overall lifestyle.
