I am currently attending university of Maryland but have also graduated from Montgomery college with an associates degree. I am experienced with all ages. I love interacting with kids and doing arts and craft. I have focused my studies in sustainability and have incorporated sustainable leaning into different activities while interacting with children. I have experience as being a teachers aid in PG and Montgomery county. I enjoy finding new activities targets towards the child's interest while making it fun and educational. I am able to go to the park, pool, or just create a game with the kids. I really encourage reading so I am able to read to the children as well. Oldyne looked to be the perfect fit for our family. In fact we offered her the job, and were in conversation about the particulars of the contract and the time to come meet the kids. I guess she changed her mind and just never wrote me or called me back. I was impressed with Oldyne, her enthusiasm and her maturity, until I saw the other side, where she ghosted our family, after I had ceased conversations with others applying for the position. It's too bad, but she should know - or be made aware - of her role in this decision making... unless she is willing to commit, stringing families along and disappearing is not an acceptable method to get a job or turn one down. I was super disappointed and surprised - but refuse to try to parent her, after this.
