We appreciate Oksana's professional skills which include knowledge of early childhood education, nutrition, and child development. Oksana values the child's unique personality and potential and creates a welcoming and safe environment for my daughter to play and explore herself. When Oksana joined our family back in 2019 ( when our daughter was 5M old), from day 1, she started observing my daughter and further establishing a solid routine foundation for her. That said, my daughter has a stable routine for her activity (play) time, outdoor exploration time, mealtime, and napping time. We're very happy to see our daughter becomes an independent, responsible, and caring person! Oksana is transparent, honest, communicative, and respectful. My daughter enjoys spending time with Oksana (and all her family members!) We're so glad that we have the opportunity to have Oksana as our nanny and good friend, and we truly believe she deserves an awesome family as her next adventure!
