About Ofelia

I have 16 years of experience as a caregiver and I am a certified CNA, with a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities and health conditions. My skills include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. I provide medication reminders and can safely assist with medication management. I also support mobility, helping clients move, transfer, and use mobility aids safely. I have basic medical knowledge, including monitoring vital signs, understanding chronic conditions, and performing first aid/CPR. In addition, I assist with meal preparation based on dietary needs, as well as light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. I am also happy to work as a companion providing transportation to appointments, running errands, and offering emotional support. I am friendly, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking, with strong communication skills.
