I am a loving, caring, family oriented person and it is a privilege for me to help care for people and make their life a little easier. My passion is in private home care for the elderly, either as a live-in caregiver or hourly. I have experience in ordering, picking up and organizing medications, light cooking and cleaning, transportation to doctors appointments and other places. I help with laundry, light chores around the house and I'm flexible and willing to discuss other tasks that might need to be addressed. I'm a non-smoker, pet friendly, a Christian, and don't drink alcohol. I respect that each client is different and some want their personal space while others prefer to have me close by at all times while I'm in their home. Ofa is a wonderful, warm, caring person who took very good care of our dad since August 2023. Our father took a turn for the worse, was in hospice care at home since March, and with his declining health and memory, he is difficult to care for. Ofa displayed such patience and concern for his frailties and cognitive decline. As our father experienced rapid physical and mental deterioration, we were forced to place him in a memory care facility. But, I would re-hire Ofa immediately if the need arose. I highly recommend her and thank her for her care for our father and outstanding service to our family. Marjorie R.
