Hello, my name is Odiana. I provide compassionate concierge and advocacy support for older adults who need a trusted helping hand with daily life. Inspired by caring for my own aging parents and assisting seniors in my community, I understand the challenges families face when balancing work, distance, and caregiving responsibilities. My role is to help seniors maintain their independence while giving families peace of mind. I assist with transportation, appointments, errands, shopping, medication pickup, companionship, wellness visits, & ongoing family communication. With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a background in patient experience and client advocacy, I am committed to delivering dependable, personalized support with professionalism, kindness, and respect. Whether you need occasional assistance or ongoing support, I strive to be a trusted resource. Given my experience in Hospitality, I am also glad to provide personal assistance and concierge services.
