About Odessa

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on young lives. With 3 years of experience caring for children ranging from infants, pre-teens and neurodivergent children, I offer a patient, calm, and approachable presence for your family. My background includes specialized coursework in Early Child Development, which informs my approach to engaging children through educational games, board games, and outdoor physical activities. I prioritize clear communication, whether through daily verbal updates or your preferred method. I am happy to follow your lead regarding household rules to ensure consistency. I am a non-smoker and happy to help with light house chores. Supporting your family with reliable, high-quality care is my priority, and I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your child(ren) journey.
