Did not show up or send message ahead of time that she was running late. I got a message through the portal 30 minutes later saying she had had trouble finding the house but was here. But she never knocked or rang the doorbell so we never saw her. I hate hurting someone's reviews, but I hired her over another candidate BC of her stellar reviews and we were unable to keep our plans.
