Will follow parents schedule or routines. If you have older children, I usually do drop off/pick up school/after school activities. Novita watched my 3 kids (6yo, 4th, 4mo) for an evening. Everyone was in bed at the right time, and the infant was well fed and sleeping well. She was calm, communicative, and even tidied up at the end of the night, which was a nice surprise when we got home.
