It's truly rewarding to help seniors live comfortably and independently. My passion for this work stems from seeing the positive impact I can have on their lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I provide respite care, live-in support, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I also prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular calls, always respecting their preferred method. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I am also CPR certified. I find great joy in building meaningful connections with those I care for.
