I have hired Ms. Norma for babysitting thrice and my experience has been wonderful. She is punctual, in fact before time most of the times. She gets various board games, coloring books and other stuff with her to keep the kids engaged and not just sitting with devices. She is very reliable and now my kids wait for us to go out so she can be home to babysit them. It gives me confidence that I can trust her when I see this reaction from my kids.
